Privacy policy

Game data
No game account or developer-operated cloud backend is used. Progress, settings, language, age-group choice and ad-frequency counters are stored on this device. The game does not request precise location, contacts, microphone or camera access. Uninstalling or clearing app storage removes local progress. No independent analytics SDK is included.
Google Play purchases
Optional permanent purchases use Google Play Billing. Google handles checkout and payment information; WASD Lab does not receive card details. The app receives purchase identifiers, product IDs, signed receipts and purchase status to verify, unlock, acknowledge and restore purchases. Signed rights are encrypted locally using Android Keystore. Verification is local RSA signature verification, not a developer verification server. Restore uses the same Google Play account and an internet connection. Refunds and revocations are reflected after a successful ownership refresh.
Advertising and choices
Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform are included. Advertising stays off for users under 18 or with unknown age and for owners of Remove ads. Before requesting ads, the app checks restored purchase rights, age and available consent. Adult users may receive non-personalized interstitials only at expansion breaks after five completed contracts, at least five minutes apart. Non-personalized ads can still process IP addresses (approximate location), device/account identifiers including advertising ID and app set ID, app/ad interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Google transmits SDK data using TLS. The app does not send gameplay saves to an advertising server.
Privacy controls, retention and contact
Where required, the Google consent form offers choices; available privacy options can be reopened from Settings. Age preferences are in Settings; selecting a minor group prevents changing to adult in this installation. Android settings let you reset/delete your advertising ID and clear local app data. Google controls retention for data processed by its services; no fixed retention period is promised here. If you email support, your message and address are used to answer your request. Contact wasdlabinfo@gmail.com for privacy questions. The app is designed for teens and adults, not directed to children. Google services may process data outside your country under their policies.

Acquisti Google Play
Gli acquisti permanenti facoltativi usano Google Play Billing. Google gestisce pagamento e dati finanziari; WASD Lab non riceve dati delle carte. L’app riceve identificativi di acquisto e prodotto, ricevute firmate e stato per verificare, consegnare, confermare e ripristinare gli acquisti. I diritti firmati sono cifrati localmente con Android Keystore. La verifica è locale con firma RSA, senza server del titolare. Il ripristino richiede lo stesso account Google Play e internet. Rimborsi e revoche sono recepiti dopo un aggiornamento dei diritti riuscito.
Pubblicità e scelte
Sono inclusi Google AdMob e User Messaging Platform. Pubblicità disattivata per minori di 18 anni, età sconosciuta e possessori di Rimuovi pubblicità. Prima delle richieste si verificano acquisti ripristinati, età e consenso disponibile. Gli adulti idonei possono ricevere interstitial non personalizzati solo durante le espansioni dopo cinque contratti completati, ad almeno cinque minuti di distanza. Anche annunci non personalizzati possono trattare indirizzo IP (posizione approssimativa), identificativi di dispositivo/account, ID pubblicitario e app set ID, interazioni con app/annunci e diagnostica per pubblicità, misurazione e prevenzione frodi. Google usa TLS per la trasmissione. I salvataggi non sono inviati a server pubblicitari.
Controlli privacy, conservazione e contatti
Dove richiesto, il modulo Google permette di scegliere; le opzioni privacy disponibili sono riapribili nelle Impostazioni. Anche la fascia di età è nelle Impostazioni; la scelta minorenne impedisce il passaggio ad adulto in questa installazione. Android permette di azzerare/eliminare l’ID pubblicitario e cancellare i dati locali. Google gestisce la conservazione dei dati dei propri servizi; qui non si promettono scadenze fisse. Compras Google Play
Las compras permanentes opcionales usan Google Play Billing. Google gestiona pagos y datos financieros; WASD Lab no recibe datos de tarjetas. Google-Play-Käufe
Optionale dauerhafte Käufe nutzen Google Play Billing. Google verarbeitet Zahlungen; WASD Lab erhält keine Kartendaten. Die App erhält Kauf- und Produktkennungen, signierte Belege und Status für Prüfung, Freischaltung, Bestätigung und Wiederherstellung. Signierte Rechte werden lokal mit Android Keystore verschlüsselt. Lokale RSA-Prüfung, kein Prüfserver des Entwicklers. Wiederherstellung benötigt dasselbe Google-Play-Konto und Internet. Erstattungen und Widerrufe werden nach erfolgreicher Rechteaktualisierung berücksichtigt.
Werbung und Auswahl
Google AdMob und User Messaging Platform sind enthalten. Keine Werbung unter 18 Jahren, bei unbekanntem Alter oder mit Werbung entfernen. Wiederhergestellte Rechte, Alter und Einwilligung werden vor Werbeanfragen geprüft. Berechtigte Erwachsene können bei Erweiterungen nach fünf abgeschlossenen Verträgen nicht personalisierte Vollbildanzeigen sehen, mindestens fünf Minuten auseinander. Auch diese Anzeigen können IP-Adresse (ungefährer Standort), Geräte-/Kontokennungen, Werbe-ID und App-Set-ID, Interaktionen und Diagnosedaten für Werbung, Messung und Betrugsprävention verarbeiten. Google nutzt TLS. Spielstände gehen nicht an Werbeserver.
Datenschutzoptionen und Kontakt
Das Google-Formular bietet nötige Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Verfügbare Datenschutzoptionen und die Altersgruppe befinden sich in den Einstellungen. Die Auswahl minderjährig verhindert den Wechsel zu erwachsen in dieser Installation. Android erlaubt Zurücksetzen/Löschen der Werbe-ID und lokaler Daten.
